The ZRT salivary hormone profile tests the sex hormones and the adrenal hormones. All saliva profiles test waking levels of estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA-S, and cortisol. The three saliva profiles are distinguished by the number of times per day cortisol is tested. Profile II includes two cortisol collections, usually morning and bedtime.
