This test detects variations in the 4q25 gene. It investigates the 4q25 variants rs2200733 and rs10033464, which have been associated with an increased risk of atrial fibrillation. This test can be added to any other Boston Heart genetics test. Please be advised that Boston Heart Diagnostics policy states that practitioners are unable to order labs on themselves or their immediate family members.
