Navigate to Settings > Integrations and select Rupa Health
Click Connect Account and follow the on-screen prompts to enter your Rupa account credentials. You will only need to do this one time.
Note: if you have an Enterprise account with Rupa, please use the option "Sign in with Enterprise Account"
To enable this integration, navigate to the Labs tab within your account.
If you do not see the Labs Page option, ensure that an account admin has given your user permissions to View and Order Labs. More information on user permissions can be found here.
For multi-provider teams, EACH provider will need to connect their Healthie account with their Rupa Health account. Every provider should have unique login credentials for Rupa.

When you connect your Rupa account, you may be prompted to complete some additional steps including adding an e-Signature on file, and uploading your professional license (if you are new to Rupa). Please complete the on-screen prompts.

If you are having issues completing the Healthie + Rupa sync, please ensure that you've enabled pop-ups within your web browser for secure.gethealthie.com.
Yes! You can select your payment method directly in the Rupa Pop Up in Cerbo, in the same way you can on Rupa.
Yes! You can set up your clinic's Custom Fee directly in Rupa. When placing orders in Cerbo, this fee will be automatically added to your Order Cart.
Yes. To use an Add-On Fee, you need to connect to Stripe directly in Rupa as well.
Yes! You can order In Office Kit supplies directly on Rupa. When placing an order in Cerbo, select “In Office Kit” as your delivery method, the same way you do in the Rupa Portal.
Double check your user profiles restrictions! You can check these under admin > manage > users. If you still aren’t sure, reach out to support@cer.bo.
Yes! Lab Data will be available automatically for Access Medical, Doctor's Data, ZRT, and Boston Heart. You can still manually add data for all other labs.
Yes! Each account need to be integrated to successfully place and receive orders.
